A man was shot early Thursday on the West Side.

About 1:30 a.m., the 42-year-old walked into Mount Sinai Hospital suffering from a gunshot wound to the left hand, according to Chicago Police.

He told investigators he was shot in the 800 block of North Pulaski, but “refused to give any further details,” police said.
