Police have located an 18-year-old woman who was reported missing Saturday after she never returned home from a Humboldt Park neighborhood hospital on the West Side.

Fatima Mata was last seen at Norwegian American Hospital at 1044 N. Francisco Ave., according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police. She never returned to her home in the 1800 block of North Kedvale and did not have any contact with her family.

Mata has since been located, but additional information was not released, police announced Thursday.
