Missing New City teen found

A 16-year-old boy who was reported missing from the New City neighborhood on the South Side last month has been found.

Jaylen Richardson went missing Sept. 24 from the 5400 block of South Hermitage, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

He has since been located safely, police announced Saturday afternoon. Further information was not immediately available.
