A man was shot early Sunday in the West Side Austin neighborhood.

The 27-year-old was shot in the right thigh about 3:55 a.m. in the 5400 block of West Thomas, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
