Service on the CTA’s Pink Line was briefly suspended Monday morning because of a person on the tracks in west suburban Cicero.

A person was on the tracks at the 54th/Cermak station in Cicero, according to the CTA.

The Cicero Fire Department responded and took the person to a hospital, according to the CTA.

Service was temporarily suspended between 54th/Cermak and the Pulaski station, according to the transit agency.

As of 11:45 a.m., normal service was resuming.
