Chicago Police are warning residents of armed robberies in the South Side Chatham neighborhood.

Two to three males walked up to victims, pulled out a handgun and took their property, according to a community alert from police.

The robberies happened:

  • about 4:05 a.m. May 4 in the 8200 block of South Calumet;
  • about 1:05 p.m. May 9 in the 1000 block of East 82nd Street;
  • about 11 p.m. May 11 in the 8200 block of South Champlain;
  • and about 9:46 p.m. May 26 in the 400 block of East 82nd Street.

The suspects are described as two to three black males, ages 16-25, standing 5-foot-7 to 6-foot-1 and weighing 150-190 pounds, police said.
