A woman who was fatally struck by a CTA Blue Line train on the Northwest Side on Tuesday night has been identified.

Stacey L. Jakubowski, 30, was struck by a train about 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Harlem station at 5500 N. Harlem Ave., police said.

Jakubowski, of the 3300 block of North Ottawa, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police and the medical examiner’s office. Her death was ruled a suicide.
