A 17-year-old boy was shot in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side Monday night.

The teen was walking on the sidewalk in the 0-100 block of West 125th Street about 10 p.m. when a male in an alley shot him in the lower left leg, police said.

He was taken to Roseland Community Hospital, where his condition stabilized.
