Two men were wounded in a Humboldt Park neighborhood shooting late Saturday on the West Side.

The men, ages 24 and 32, were standing outside about 11 p.m. in the 2500 block of West Division when shots rang out and they were both struck, according to Chicago Police.

The younger man was shot in the abdomen, while the older man suffered a gunshot wound to the right leg, police said. They were both taken to Stroger Hospital, where their conditions were stabilized.

A police source said the shooting may have been gang-related.
