Two men were shot Monday night in the Gresham neighborhood on the South Side.

The men, ages 24 and 34, were standing on the sidewalk about 9:55 p.m. in the 7900 block of South Vincennes when a male nearby opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

The younger man was shot in the right ankle, while the older man was shot in the left ankle, police said. They were both taken to St. Bernard Hospital, where they were listed in good condition.
