An unclaimed $100,000 lottery ticket sold in the north suburbs will expire in less than a month.

The ticket, which was sold at a Shell gas station at 4231 Algonquin Road in Lake in the Hills, expires Nov. 18, according to a statement from the Illinois Lottery. The ticket matched all five winning numbers – 03 – 06 – 19 – 21 – 32 – in the Nov. 18, 2015 midday drawing.

The prize can be claimed at one of five Illinois Lottery prize centers in Chicago, Des Plaines, Springfield, Rockford or Fairview Heights, lottery officials said. Winners have up to a year from the original drawing date to claim their prizes.

The gas station received a bonus of $1,000, or 1 percent of the prize amount, for selling the winning ticket.
