A woman was shot while riding in a vehicle in Englewood early Saturday.

The 48-year-old was shot in the buttocks as she rode in a vehicle in the 5600 block of South Green about 1:15 a.m., police said.

She was taken to Saint Bernard Hospital and Health Care Center, where her condition stabilized, police said.
