Big sturgeon caught, Dells area: Fish of the Week

Tom Beilfus of Orland Park emailed, “Not a keeper, but I caught this 55-inch sturgeon right in front of Rivers Edge [at the Wisconsin Dells] from the dock’’

Hook-and-line season is open for sturgeon in Wisconsin; on rivers allowing keeping of fish there is a 60-inch limit. Click here for general info.
