Saying that she deals “with bullying on a daily basis from social media,” designer and author Kristin Cavallari told People.com that online harassment never ceases.

“You just have to remember that people that are going to comment are coming from an insecure place,” she said as part of an anti-bullying special produced by People Entertainment Weekly Network. “When you’re happy with your life and everything’s cool, you’re not going to go try and put someone else down. Just remember it’s not about you, it’s about them.

After the Bears beat the Vikings, she posted on Instagram, “Can everyone shut up now?” She received nasty messages during Sunday, though, when the Bears were defeated 36-10 by the Buccaneers. One commenter said that “your hubby blows at football,” while another said it was “sad that people (feel) the need to bully you about the Bears and your support that you’ve always shown for your husband.”
