When EA Sports’ NHL 16 debuts Sep. 15 in North America, fans of the franchise will welcome some new and exciting features.
One of the most anticipated features — for Chicagoans especially — is the addition of the Blackhawks’ home ice, the United Center.
EA Sports is also introducing EASHL Player Badges for the newest installment of the game. Play games and earn experience points that unlocks badges for different stat categories and milestones.
There also will be on and offline shootout modes for people to get a more intimate experience of goalie vs. scorer. There is also the option to play as the goalie in practices.
