STARTING POINTS

The Bears’ woes on special teams, which have been enabled by an influx of youth, have led to the league’s worst difference in average starting field positions, according to STATS after nine weeks.

BIG-PLAY POINTS

The Bears and Packers are both failing in STATS’ “big play index,” which counts runs over 20 yards, completed passes over 25 yards, returns over 50 yards (includes kickoffs, punts, interceptions and fumbles) and takeaways for touchdowns.
