A 15-year-old girl who was reported missing from her Near West Side home has been found.

Sywanda Neal-Erich left her home in the 2400 block of West Polk about 2:30 p.m. Monday and did not return, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Police said Tuesday afternoon that the teen had been located by family.
