Authorities were called to the scene of a crash on Lake Shore Friday morning in the Oakland neighborhood on the South Side.

The crash was reported in the northbound lanes of Lake Shore Drive at 39th Street about 8:24 a.m., police said, citing preliminary information.

It was not immediately clear whether anyone was injured.
