Police are asking the public’s help to find an elderly man with Alzheimer’s last seen in the South Side Bronzeville neighborhood.

Jack Stone, 75, was last seen Monday in the 500 block of East Pershing Road, Area Central detectives said in missing person alert.

Stone suffers from Alzheimer’s and may be disoriented, the alert said. He is described as a 6-foot-4, 170-pound black man with brown eyes, gray hair and a dark complexion.

He was last seen wearing a brown and gray fur jacket, a white shirt and gray pants.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call detectives at (312) 747-8380.
