A 14-year-old boy was shot in the Woodlawn neighborhood on the South Side Tuesday night.

The teen was shot in the ankle in a possible drive-by attack about 8:45 p.m. in the 1500 block of East 62nd Street, police News Affairs Officer Ron Gaines said.

He was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital in good condition, Gaines said.
