Other Harry Caray’s on Kinzie sightings this week included Heisman Trophy winner and ex-Detroit Lions star running back Billy Sims. Ditto for the Bears’ cornerback Kyle Fuller.The New Politics were spied supping at Nellcote in the West Loop. … “Empire” star Terrence Howard dined at Siena Tavern. … Country music artist Jerrod Neimann stopped by the bar at Tavern on Rush, where the Bulls’ Pau Gasol was spotted dining.
