In case anyonethought he was ungrateful for the 1.78 million people who voted for him, Republican governor-elect Bruce Rauner is planning a big thank you — that goes beyond standing at a train station and shaking hands.

Rauner’s campaign announced a full-fledged, fly-around “thank you tour” that includes a series of stops around the state.
