Chicago native, recording artist and Morgan Park High School alum Jeremih and his posse were involved in a weekend melee at a Fuddruckers eatery in Billings, Montana.

It all reportedly started when a restaurant cashier complained to her manager that the group was hitting on her. After the manager asked the music star and his crew to move to a table in the rear of the restaurant — away from the cashier — Jeremih & company became upset, grabbed the Fuddrucker’s microphone and said the manager was being racist. They then allegedly started throwing beer bottles, which the restaurant’s management claims caused $700 in damage.

The police did not respond to a 911 call too promptly — showing up approximately two hours later (after Jeremih and his group had long gone) to begin their investigation.

No charges had been filed as of Sunday.
