Ray and Janay Rice granted a two-part interview to Matt Lauer on NBC’s “Today.” The first part of the lengthy piece aired Monday morning. In it, Janay tells Lauer [about the 4:30 mark] the Baltimore Ravens suggested she apologize for “the role she played” in the domestic beating she received from Ray Rice on the elevator.
