Soon-to-be Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Kentucky, doesn’t have a problem being portrayed as a sloppy drunk. In fact, he enjoyed the “Saturday Night Live” skit that portrayed himself getting hammered on Kentucky Bourbon with President Barack Obama.

“I enjoyed the Saturday Night Live skit of me and the president getting rip roaring drunk,” McConnell said Wednesday during an event hosted by Politico.

But not everyone in the McConnell house loved the skit, that showed an increasingly intoxicated McConnell, who burst out into tears along with Obama.

“My wife hated it,” he said.
