On a night when star Admiral Schofield had to sit out the final four minutes, his teammates stepped up and lifted Zion-Benton past visiting Warren 35-31 in a North Suburban Conference Lake Division boys basketball game on Wednesday.

The 6-5 Schofield, as is his style, was in the middle of everything at both ends of the court, especially in the paint, and there was contact during the give-and-take that always marks this rivalry game. Afterward, it was explained that he was having problems with his vision, so he sat out the final minutes.
