Marian Catholic defeats Marist

According to Marian Catholic senior Teniya Page, Wednesday night’s 52-32 East Suburban Catholic win at Marist marked the first time the Spartans played after a completely healthy, interruption-free week of practice.

“We’re still at the beginning stages, playing with each other, learning to understand each other as we’re going up and down the court,” she said.

And just wait. Their best basketball is yet to come.
