Comedian Pat McGann, who previously joked he was running for 19th Ward alderman on a platform of stocking potholes with fish, is at it again. This time, he’s setting his sights on someone else in City Hall — Mayor Rahm Emanuel.

“Sure, a week ago I wanted to be alderman,” McGann says. “And then I realized, I have a suit. I have a pin. And I have much bigger aspirations.”

After saying he won’t run a negative campaign, he goes into full assault mode against Emanuel.

“I’m the height of an adult male,” McGann says, with the accompanying graphic:

He continues:

“I’m not a horribly maimed freak,” he says.

“Did that happen? Really?” McGann asks. “Cut his finger off? At Arby’s.”

If you look closely, you’ll see there’s one small issue with the animated finger dismembering above.
