While CIA chief John Brennan was speaking Thursday about the Senate Intelligence Committee’s report on torture practices employed by the CIA, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the head of the committee, went on the offensive on Twitter, firing off rebuttals to his claims.

The lawsuit accuses Chicago police of promoting “brutally violent, militarized policing tactics,” and argues that the five officers who stopped Reed “created an environment that directly resulted in his death.”
