Jon Lester spotted in Blackhawks jersey at United Center

New Cubs pitcher Jon Lester is becoming more and more of a Chicagoan every day.

On Sunday, Lester took in the Blackhawks’ 2-1 victory against Calgary while sporting a Hawks jersey.

While Chicago sports fans love to see Lester embracing his place in the city, it sure can’t be easy for those he left behind in Boston.

The Red Sox passionately wanted to bring Lester back to Boston, but their offer was $20 million less than the Cubs.

The spurned fans are probably still not over the Blackhawks’ victory against the Bruins in the 2013 Stanley Cup Finals.

Ouch.
