It seems that rapper Lil’ Kim’s financial problems have become more challenging in recent days. Life & Style has revealed that the Internal Revenue Service placed a federal tax lien on the entertainer back on Sept. 22, claiming the music superstar had failed to pay taxes from 2010 through 2013.

The rapper has long had financial woes. Four months ago, she was sued by her former law firm, Dewey & LeBoeuf (which itself has gone out of business) for failing to pay more than $186,000 in legal fees stretching over five years.

A judge ruled in favor of the law firm in that case, ordering Lil’ Kim to pay the total bill — plus interest on the money.
