Man shot in Back of the Yards

A man was shot in the Back of the Yards neighborhood Monday night.

About 7:43 p.m., the 22-year-old was shot in the leg in the 4800 block of South Wolcott, police said.

The man was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition had stabilized, police said.
