SHARE Northern Illinois heading to inaugural Boca Raton Bowl

In a battle of mid-major powers, Northern Illinois will play Marshall in the Boca Raton Bowl on Dec. 23 at 5 p.m. central. The game will be played at FAU Stadium. Marshall’s only loss this season was a 67-66 overtime loss to Western Kentucky on Nov. 28.

Marshall is the Conference USA champion. Northern Illinois won the MAC championship. The game will be held at FAU Stadium on the campus of Florida Atlantic University.
