An 18-year-old man and 17-year-old boy were wounded in a shooting in the West Englewood neighborhood Tuesday night.

About 9:45 p.m., the two were standing on the front porch of a building in the 1500 block of West 72nd Place when three males walked by and at least one of them opened fire, police said.

The 18-year-old was shot several times in his right leg, while the 17-year-old was shot in the right leg and groin area, police said. Both were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where their conditions had stabilized.
