Two men were stabbed early Saturday in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side.

The men, ages 20 and 21, were stabbed during a fight in the 5300 block of South Damen at 3:25 a.m., police said.

One of them was stabbed in the neck and head, while the other had an arm wound, police said. It wasn’t known who suffered which wounds.

Both were taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition, police said.

A source said more details weren’t known because the victims were not cooperating with police.
