Man shot in West Pullman

A man was shot early Thursday in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The 21-year-old standing on a sidewalk about 1:10 a.m. in the 100 block of East 118th Street when two people walked up and one opened fire before they ran away, police said.

He was shot in the forearm, and a bullet grazed his foot, police said.

He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where his condition was stabilized.
