(OSWEGO) A west suburban man is charged with exposing himself to two women at a business in Oswego earlier this month.

Police were called to a business in the 2500 block of Light Road in unincorporated Oswego on Oct. 11 after a man exposed himself to two women, according to a statement from the Kendall County sheriff’s office.

Ebelio Ponce, 23, was arrested Tuesday after investigators identified him as the suspect in the incident, the sheriff’s office said.

Ponce, of Oswego, is charged with one count of public indecency, the sheriff’s office said. At the time of his arrest, he was also wanted on a Kendall County warrant for disorderly conduct and a marijuana possession warrant from Aurora police.

His bond was set at $9,500, the sheriff’s office said.
