SHARE Arson detectives warn of ‘fire incidents’ in Lake View

Chicago Arson detectives are warning Lake View residents of vehicles and trash cans being set on fire in the North Side neighborhood.

In an alert issued Monday night, police said vehicles and trash cans had been set on fire between June and September — the latest incident on Sept. 26. Alleyways are an apparent target, the alert said.

The incidents were reported at the following locations and times:

-Sept. 26

-in the 3300 block of North Clark at 2:32 a.m.

-in the 800 block of West Buckingham at 2:32 a.m.

-Sept. 13 in the 800 block of West Buckingham at 1:48 a.m.

-Sept. 12 in the 800 block of West Buckingham at 11 p.m.

-Aug. 31

-in the 3200 block of North Kenmore at 5:09 a.m.

-in the 800 block of West Roscoe at 4:28 a.m.

-June 10

-in the 3500 block of North Sheffield at 4:35 a.m.

-in the 3500 block of North Wilton at 4:10a.m.

-in the 3500 block of North Wilton at 4 a.m.
