Man shot in Little Village

By Sun-Times staff

A man was shot early Sunday in the Little Village neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The shooting happened in the 4200 block of West Cermak about 3:40 a.m., police said.

A 28-year-old man was shot in the leg and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he is listed in fair condition.

Police said the man is a documented gang member and uncooperative with investigators.
