A North Community Bank branch in West Town was robbed Saturday morning.

The robber, described as a Hispanic male, entered the branch at 1600 West Chicago at 10:44 a.m., according to FBI Chicago spokeswoman Joan Hyde.

He “yelled demands” with his hand in his sleeve, implying he had a weapon, Hyde said.

He was wearing a black hoodie and gray pants, and his face was covered, police said. He made off with an undetermined amount of cash.

No injuries were reported.
