House Speaker John Boehner, D-Ohio, has released his holiday poem, and took aim at President Barack Obama’s executive orders.

“Reform is needed from home in Ohio to here in Capitol Hill,” Boehner says. “But not by executive order, but instead by a bill. The American people have spoken. They expect resolutions. More freedom and less Washington, as defined by the Constitution.”
