(NORTHBROOK) A north suburban man is facing criminal charges after he allegedly uploaded child pornography to a cloud service.

Norman Eisenberg, 72, faces one count of possession of child pornography, according to Northbrook police.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children contacted Northbrook police after child pornography was uploaded to a cloud storage service, a police statement said.

On Tuesday, police executed a search warrant at Eisenberg’s home in the 3900 block of Dundee Road in Northbrook.

Eisenberg appeared in court Wednesday and was released on electronic home monitoring, police said. He is next scheduled to appear in court Jan. 13 in Skokie.
