A man and a 17-year-old boy were shot in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side Sunday afternoon.

The boy and the 19-year-old man were in the 3500 block of West Lexington at 12:08 p.m. when they heard gunshots and felt pain, police said.

The boy was shot in the right thigh, and the man was shot twice in his left arm, police said. Both were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition.
