SEEN ON THE SCENE: Chicago-based Gillian Flynn, author of “Gone Girl,” who already has snared a Golden Globe nomination for the screenplay of her bestselling novel (plus won best adapted screenplay prize from the Chicago Film Critics Association), was spied dining with her husband, Brett Nolan, at Chez Moi bistro in Lincoln Park on Saturday night. … Tracy Letts, a Pulitzer Prize-winning writer (as well as Tony-winning actor), was seen brunching at the Chop Shop, where (separately) actress Audrina Patridge was spotted the other night. … The one-and-only Bobby Hull slipped into Harry Caray’s Italian Steakhouse in Lombard for dinner — in time to catch a Hawks game with a few friends. … Taylor Kinney and some of his current and former “Chicago Fire” castmates, including Jesse Spencer, Lauren German, Monica Raymund and Eamonn Walker, were seen getting their late-night sushi fix at Japonais by Morimoto. … Post-Blackhawks “Wonderfest,” ex-Cubs pitcher Kerry Wood dined at Harry Caray’s Tavern at Navy Pier with his wife, Sarah, and their three kids. The Woods are in town prepping for their annual “Woody’s Winter Warmup” fundraiser, taking place at the start of the Cubs convention Jan. 16 at Harry Caray’s 7th Inning Stretch at Water Tower Place.
