Pop singer Britney Spears swears she does NOT have a personal trainer to thank for her abs.

In the December/January issue of Women’s Health magazine, you can check out her new rock-solid mid-section and find out her workout tips, including a 14-day exercise regimen.

Among other things, the 33-year-old mother of two reveals: “I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio — usually running — move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats, and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch.”

The magazine hits newsstands on Dec. 23.
