Naperville North played decent defense in building an 18-17 lead on Glenbard East on Friday, but decent defense is never going to be good enough for a coach.

“At halftime coach (Jeff Powers) told us we weren’t playing team defense as well as he likes us to,” Baylor Griffin said. “Then I think they only had something like six points until the fourth quarter. So we were a lot happier defensively.”
