A woman who was reported missing Saturday was found dead later that day in southwest suburban Willow Springs, officials said.

Colette Hou, 72, was found in a river in Columbia Woods, said Sophia Ansari, a spokeswoman for the Cook County Sheriff’s Office. Hou, of the 8500 block of Bucki Lane in Willow Springs, was pronounced dead at the scene Saturday at 9:30 a.m., the Cook County medical examiner’s said.

Officials do not suspect foul play and a toxicology report is pending, authorities said.
