Two men were hurt in a drive-by shooting early Sunday in the Fuller Park neighborhood on the South Side.

The men were sitting in a vehicle in the 4400 block of South Shields about 12:40 a.m. when a gray van pulled up and someone inside fired shots, police News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro said.

A 22-year-old man was shot in the left shoulder and taken to Stroger Hospital, Alfaro said. A 27-year-old man was shot in the lower right leg and was taken to Mercy Hospital.

Both men’s conditions had stabilized, Alfaro said.
