A man was shot while standing in a gas station parking lot in the Lake View neighborhood Monday night.

About 10:20 p.m., the 21-year-old man was shot in the right shoulder while in a gas station parking lot in the 4000 block of North Clark, police said.

The man drove himself to Weiss Memorial Hospital, where his condition had stabilized, police said.
