Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews is putting his eight-year, $84 million contract to use with the purchase of a five bedroom, five bathroom home in Lincoln Park for $3.5 million.

According to Curbed, the previous owner was former Groupon exec Jeff Holden.

More from Curbed:

With 6,400 square feet of space, there will be more than enough room for Toews to spread out. Built in 2001, the home has been updated and sports all new finishes, as well as an elevator, a Sonos audio system and a ginormous rooftop deck with a fireplace and grill. Toews joins Joakim Noah as another recent high-profile Chicago athlete to relocate to the Lincoln Park neighborhood.
